Tina Lifford is an “Inner” Fitness Trainer and CEO of The Inner Fitness Project, a wellbeing initiative that teaches effective, reliable “inner” practices for navigating your past, present, and future with resilience, power, and wisdom. She is the respected playwright of THE CIRCLE, a play about how seven diverse women navigate the choppy waters of life together and author of The Little Book of BIG LIES, released by Harper Collins/Amistad November 2019. Tina is also a veteran actress, currently starring as Aunt Vi on the critically acclaimed television drama QUEEN SUGAR.

Morgan Stiff, Director of Operations
Morgan Stiff is a Jill of all trades. A professor, film producer, editor, and talent manager in previous iterations of her life, this dedicated yogi and seeker is committed to the mission of The Inner Fitness Project and helping others tap into their inner source of resilience and power. As the co-founder and Chief Productions Officer of Morgan’s Mark, she helped writers and directors develop their voice and express their vision through producing and editing a diverse slate of films. In her capacity as the Director of Operations for The Inner Fitness Project she hopes to help many listen to their inner voice as they do the work necessary to grow and thrive.

Ceyanna Dent, Wellness Wednesday Facilitator
Ceyanna is an Ohio native with a diverse professional background including higher education, advertising and production. A self-professed connector, she holds both a bachelor and master degree in communications. Ceyanna is an advocate for elevating the voice and stories of women of color, and seeks to create safe spaces for all women.

Krista Jones High, formerly an Environmental Scientist, became a copywriter in the personal development industry in 2002. She collaborated on dozens of projects and wrote hundreds of promotions for Nightingale-Conant Corporation, Proctor Gallagher Institute, and other industry leaders for twenty years. Passionate about The Inner Fitness Project's mission, Krista hopes to help women grow into iterations of themselves they've previously only imagined.
