Tina Lifford, the CEO of The Inner Fitness Project, is a true champion of prioritizing inner fitness as a lifestyle choice. Tina believes that inner fitness is as important to mental wellbeing as exercise is to one's overall health. She is a graduate of the University of Santa Monica's Spiritual Psychology Program and the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a licensed Spiritual Practitioner. Tina has created personal development workshops for The Walt Disney Company, GlaxoSmithKline, and Unilever. She has also provided private life coaching for more than 20 years.
Morgan Stiff has been an educator for ten years, teaching at The Art Institute, California State University - Long Beach, and The University of Southern California. As a coach she pairs her experience of mentoring students with her passion for inner fitness, yoga, and buddhist principals. With a gift of seeing both the global picture and micro details, Morgan helps clients identify new strategies to work with in order to achieve desired outcomes.
