The 8 core workouts are delivered on a consecutive rotation. You can start the series with any one of the eight workouts and then follow the schedule consecutively. Check the store for upcoming dates. Each workout stands on its own so taking them in order is not necessary.


Though you can hop into the rotation at any point, it is required that once you start your package you attend the workouts as scheduled until you have taken all workouts in the package. Should you miss a class you will need to contact Morgan at morgan@theinnerfitnessproject and inform her that you will need to reschedule. You can wait for the class you missed to come up again in our schedule or select any class in the series for your makeup workout. Just inform Morgan what you would like to do when you email her.

The class will run for approximately one hour. However, our ending times are flexible. Please allow for the possibility of the class going slightly over. We are committed to a kind, comfortable, organic completion of all our classes. 


You will not be shipped a physical item. Instead, you will receive an email from Zoom confirming your registration for the workshop with additional details to join the workout. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact us at morgan@theinnerfitnessproject.com.
