Core Strengthening
Course Description: This workout introduces key Inner Fitness concepts including setting intentions, understanding fundamental Inner Fitness truths, and a deep dive into the 8 Core Inner Fitness Actions. This workout will leave you feeling uplifted, empowered and better equipped for designing the life you most want to live. There is no limit to number of times one can take this workout. Strengthening your inner fitness core is foundational to every other practice. This workout meets you where you are each time.

This Week's Deep Dive: Vision and Intention


The class will run for approximately one hour. However, our ending times are flexible. Please allow for the possibility of the class going slightly over. We are committed to a kind, comfortable, organic completion of all our classes. 


You will not be shipped a physical item. Instead, you will receive an email from Zoom confirming your registration for the workshop with additional details to join the workout. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact us at info@tinalifford.com.
