4:00 PM                         Check-in begins. Rooms are ready by 4:00PM,
                                        but if you arrive early, we'll gladly hold your                                              luggage at Reception.

7:30 - 10:00 PM             Opening Session


Saturday, September 23rd 
7:30 - 9:15 AM                Breakfast
9:30AM - 12:30PM         Morning Session
12:30 - 1:30PM                Lunch

2:oo - 4:00 PM                Afternoon Session
4:15 - 5:15 PM                  Hatha Yoga (Optional)
5:30 - 6:00 PM                Guided Meditation (Optional)
6:00 - 7:30 PM                Dinner
8:30PM                            Bonfire (Optional, Weather Permitting)

7:30 - 9:15 AM                 Breakfast
