Where physical fitness gyms have a floor mat, our “floor mat” is your personal journal and journey. Through our 1-hour online workouts, using transformational concepts, exercises and group sharing, we dynamically meet you where you are, and, in a tailor-made way, help you rewire your thinking, grow beyond your limitations and reduce your life stress so you can live WELL and THRIVE.
