This virtual weekly event is facilitated by Tina Lifford or an Inner Fitness Trainer to help guide you into a conversation with Self. Group sharing and support strengthen your thriving Self and aid you in shifting your perspective, managing stress, and becoming more intentional about the life you create.
This one-hour session will leave you feeling renewed, reconnected, and ready to make subtle shifts in life to become better and better iterations of yourself.
